My name is Buddy! I'm an English Lab from Arizona, born April 7, 2019 with a light yellow coat and light curly hair. My teacher says I'm easy-going and very loving.
From Buddy's Handlers
"Buddy, The Buds, my little boy... you've been with me since you were just a puppy and, as you are growing, I've also been growing. I've discovered things about myself while raising you which is priceless... now I understand a parents love for their child... without a doubt, you've peeled very thick layers of callous off of my heart. I love you, Buddy." -Sunny

Hey world I'm glad to update you guys with my progression! I'm officially 8 months and I've gained over 57 pounds. I'm not your lil fluffy puppy anymore, now I'm a big fluffy pup! Recently, I've been working on my confidence, I'm trying to work and leaping over short obstacles in my way and I'm doing pretty well at it. I'm also working on helping my person with the door when his hands are full and he always smiles when I open the door for him. I think he's a goofball sometimes, but don't tell him I said that! HaHaHa, I mean woof, woof, woof, :) I love my new mini jollyball I received as a gift, my person Sunny won it in a raffle! He's the best and he always plays with me and wrestles with me while I'm trying to kick the ball around. Until next time! Love life and count your blessings!
December 2019 Update
Hello world! I'm happy to update you with my progress. I've been working on my barking because when I'm unsure of something I have to speak out, but my handler always lets me know I'm ok and there's nothing to worry about and I know he's being honest with me, so I've been trusting him as well as trusting the fact that I really am ok. I am progressing really well! As of now, I am learning to take my leash and vest to my person's as well as help get my person's medicine out of the cabinet. I really like playing soccer and playing with the jolly ball!
November 2019 Update
Hey world, it's me, everyone's favorite Buddy! Can you believe that I'm 6-months-old already? Lately I've been working on my confidence with heights. I'm unsure when things look a bit too high for me to come down from, but my friend Sunny and Mike are always there to encourage me that there's nothing to worry about and that I can do it. Even if not, they say I'm still a champion! So I will continue to strive on my confidence and motor-skills. I just learned something new, I can take my work vest or medicine bottle to whoever my person asks me to take it to! It's so fun, especially when the person I am taking it to receives the item because they're always so happy when I get it to them. I also love to play with all my friends and tug with my person. Making new friends is also the best. Until next time, stay mellow!
October 2019 Update
Hello everyone, Buddy the world's coolest dog here! I'm 5 and a half months old. I hear that I have the greatest smile ever and I have my best friends, Sunny and Mike, (my dog handlers), making sure I'm always getting some love! They're the greatest! So here's a little information on what I've been working on. I've learned to turn on the light switch, close the door, and alert/get help with Sunny and Mike. I really like alerting for help because when I know my buddies are in need of help, I spring into action right away because I love them and need to make sure they are O.K.! When I see the smiles on their face, it truly brings me great joy, especially when they're smiling and giving me so much love after. I love playing tug with my buddies, as well as running around and playing with all my favorite balls.
